The subject of angels has been debated by theologians and laypersons for as long as history has been recorded. Painters and writers have depicted them in some of their greatest works. Today more than ever, there is an interest in angels. Books and songs are being written, movies have been made, and several popular T.V. programs portray angels in the midst of our lives. Angels are all around us whether wer are aware of them or not. They still offer their help and guidance. They still work lovingly and diligently to direct our footsteps. God, in His infinite love, has sent these holy ones to be our teachers, guides, companions, and guardians. Let us ever be watchful and listening for them.
